These Terms govern your use of Sorteio Secreto (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sole Via Entertainment LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
The App draws names at random under the rules you set. You are responsible for the names you enter, for the people in your group, and for sending each sealed link to the right person. A sealed link is designed to open once; it detects a second reader but cannot stop the first, and anyone who holds the whole link can read the match. We do not guarantee that a link will stay unopened, or that a draw is possible under every combination of rules. See the Privacy Policy for what we do and do not keep.
Some optional benefits (a theme for one group) are offered in exchange for watching a rewarded video ad. These are always optional — the draw, the rules and the reveal are available without watching any ad.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, its advertising, or its security.
The App reports anonymous, aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase so we can see how the game is played and fix what is not working. No account, name, or email is involved. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Advertisers are third parties and we are not responsible for the content of their ads or the sites they link to. We may add or change ad placements over time.
The App is free to play and may offer optional in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are made through, and paid to, Apple or Google under their terms, and we do not process payments. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Play Store help), not by us, and are subject to that store’s refund policy. Use “Restore purchases” in Settings to restore items you already bought on the same Apple ID or Google account. Purchased items are for personal use inside the App, are tied to your store account, and are not transferable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sole Via Entertainment LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms exist between you and Sole Via Entertainment LLC only, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
