These Terms govern your use of Ring Haven: Calm Ring Puzzle (“the App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sole Via Entertainment LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
Glow is a soft, in-app currency earned by playing. Glow has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is never sold for real money. Skins and backdrops unlocked with Glow are cosmetic and for use within the App only and never change how a level plays.
Some optional benefits (“next move”, “unlink one”, “double Glow”) are offered in exchange for watching a rewarded video ad. These are always optional — every level in the App can be completed without watching any ad.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, its advertising, or its security.
The App reports anonymous, aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase so we can see how the game is played and fix what is not working. No account, name, or email is involved. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Advertisers are third parties and we are not responsible for the content of their ads or the sites they link to. We may add or change ad placements over time.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sole Via Entertainment LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms exist between you and Sole Via Entertainment LLC only, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
