This page is maintained by the app owner (“we”, “us”) to explain how Zen Bubbles (“the App”) handles information. The App is designed to be enjoyed without creating an account and without collecting personal information on our own servers.
The App saves your per-phase best scores and best times in local device storage so you can track your own progress. This data stays on your device. You can clear it any time from the Records screen (Reset records) or by uninstalling the App.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played — which modes and worlds people play, how runs start and end, which skins and daily challenges are used, and where players drop off — so we can improve the game. These reports are anonymous and aggregated. They include an app-instance identifier generated by Firebase, your device model, operating-system version, and an approximate country derived from your IP address. We do not collect your name, email, or precise location, we do not set a user ID, and we do not link this data to your identity. We also receive aggregated ad-revenue reporting through the link between Google AdMob and Firebase. You can turn usage analytics off at any time inside the App under Settings → Analytics; the game works exactly the same with it off. See Google’s Firebase privacy and security information.
The App displays advertisements to support development. When advertising is enabled in the store builds via Google AdMob, the ads SDK may collect information such as your device advertising identifier, coarse location derived from IP, app interaction and advertising data, and technical device information in order to serve and measure ads. On iOS you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency permission before any tracking identifier is used; declining still lets you play, you may simply see less-relevant ads. See Google’s advertising privacy notice at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
The App is a general-audience relaxation game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can turn usage analytics off in the App under Settings → Analytics. You can reset locally-stored records from the Records screen. You can change your ad tracking choice at any time (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can limit ad personalization from your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
